I know what you mean - and I suspect this year's going to be even more like that for me as well. Currently I have several events at work that I'm co-organising, D's last year as 1IC to get through (including what will doubtless be massive fall-out from the introduction of Rules 3 and associated faff), plus at some point I really have to get *our* wedding organised...

Very glad the new job is shaping up *hugs* - I really hope you enjoy it because one spends so much of one's life at work, it really is no bloody fun at all if it's not working out...

And the event *was* a success, we all had a ball and that's all that counts ;) although I have to say I'm reassured that the owners are happy, I was a little worried about the possible results of Herc & Andi's huge row *g*.

We have some net access probs here at home (hence me using D's PC this morning) so my postings may be a little random but I will endeavour to stay in touch through this - and who knows, maybe other! - media :)
